Anthros of South Carolina (ASC) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 2024 which is committed to fostering the growth and community of the furry subculture in the state of South Carolina through the hosting and facilitation of furry events throughout the state. Established by longtime members of the furry community, we strive to establish a vibrant slate of accessible furry events throughout the state.

Through facilitating, running, and providing access and information about events we give the furry community networking opportunities and access to education in order to empower their health, safety, growth and free expression while educating the public about our community.

To enable furries across South Carolina to have access to accessible local events where they can express themselves and socialize in a safe, fun environment.
